Spiritual development

In darkness, where all external information is cut off and the senses are not given new material to process at the thought level for a long time, sooner or later the so-called meeting with oneself.

Obsessions or typical thought patterns that accompany us daily but are obscured by daily routines emerge more clearly in the dark. Feelings are amplified due to the lack of a dispersive effect of other information.

There is no way to direct your attention to other external objects and activities or to dilute it with interaction with others. An ideal opportunity arises to neutrally observe and get to know one’s nature, thoughts and emotions.

By seeing their unstable, “not palpable” permanent nature, a person has the opportunity to get closer to the true nature of his mind, emotional calm and achieving inner balance.
